Welcome to Brantigo. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of brantigo.com (the "Website") and any purchase you make from us. By accessing the Website, browsing products, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this Website.

You must be at least 18 years of age and competent to enter into a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to place an order on Brantigo. By using this Website, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. Minors may use the Website only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

4. Products & Pricing

Product Information

We strive to display product descriptions, images, fabric details, sizing and colours as accurately as possible. However, the actual colour you see may vary slightly depending on your monitor or device. Minor variations in handcrafted, hand-embroidered or block-printed items are part of their character and not defects.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST. The final payable amount, including shipping charges, COD handling fee (if applicable) and any discounts, is shown to you on the checkout page before you confirm payment. A GST-compliant invoice is generated for every order.

Price Changes & Errors

Prices are subject to change without notice. In the rare event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund. We do not make misleading claims of discounts; all "Save" or "% off" indicators are calculated against the genuine list price (MRP) of the product.

5. Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order on Brantigo constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, in whole or in part, at our sole discretion, including (without limitation) reasons such as stock unavailability, suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or delivery restrictions. Order confirmation is sent by email upon successful payment (for UPI orders) or upon order placement (for COD orders).

6. Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

• UPI (Unified Payments Interface): via Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM and other UPI apps, processed through our payment gateway partner.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): available on serviceable pincodes, subject to a non-refundable handling fee of ₹49.

We do not store card data, UPI PINs or bank account numbers on our servers, in compliance with RBI Tokenisation Guidelines.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Detailed shipping timelines, charges and policies are set out in our Shipping Policy. Brantigo ships across India to all serviceable pincodes. We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather, transit disruptions, or events beyond our reasonable control.

8. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Our Refund & Cancellation Policy governs all returns, refunds and cancellations and forms an integral part of these Terms. Refund timelines are clearly specified therein.

9. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable Indian or international law
• Engage in fraudulent transactions or use stolen payment instruments
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, accounts or data
• Interfere with the Website's security or operation
• Scrape, harvest or copy content from the Website without our prior written consent
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website — including text, images, logos, product designs, layouts, software and trade marks — is the property of Brantigo Technology Private Limited or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

11. User Content

Any reviews, comments or content you submit to the Website become non-confidential. By submitting such content, you grant Brantigo a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce and display the content in connection with our business. You represent that the content is original and does not infringe any third-party rights.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brantigo's total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant order. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Brantigo, its directors, officers, employees and agents from any claims, damages or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or your use of the Website in violation of applicable law.

14. Force Majeure

Brantigo shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemics, government action, strikes, natural disasters, courier failures or internet outages.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, your use of the Website, or any order placed on Brantigo, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Your continued use of the Website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Please review this page periodically.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
