How to Cancel Your Order

You may cancel your Brantigo order any time before it is dispatched. Cancellations are processed within 24 hours.

To Cancel:

• Email support@brantigo.com with your order number and reason
• Or call +91 7988728709 (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Mon–Sat)

After Dispatch

Once your order has been handed to the courier, it cannot be cancelled. You may either:

• Refuse delivery — the parcel returns to us and is processed as a return per our Refund Policy
• Accept delivery and initiate a return within 7 days (see eligibility on the Refund page)

Note: COD handling fees and shipping charges are non-refundable on customer-initiated cancellations after dispatch.

Cancellation by Brantigo

Brantigo reserves the right to cancel orders, in full or in part, at our sole discretion in the following circumstances:

• Stock unavailability or fulfilment failure
• Suspected fraudulent activity or invalid payment
• Pricing or product information errors
• Delivery address in a non-serviceable zone
• Suspicious order patterns (multiple RTOs, repeated COD refusals, etc.)

In such cases, you will be notified by email and a full refund (where payment was already received) will be issued per our Refund Policy.

Refund After Cancellation

For cancelled prepaid orders, refunds are credited to the original payment method within:

• UPI / Online: 5-7 business days
• COD: Not applicable (no payment was collected)

Modifications

To modify size, quantity, address or payment method before dispatch, please contact us within 2 hours of placing the order. Modifications cannot be guaranteed after that window as orders may already be packed.
