Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with the courier name, tracking number and a tracking link. You can also track any order on our Track Order page using your order number.
We work with leading Indian logistics providers including Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, Ecom Express, Xpressbees, and India Post. The courier assigned to your order depends on your pincode and order size.
If a delivery attempt fails (recipient unavailable, incorrect address, refused delivery), the courier typically makes 2-3 reattempts over consecutive days. If all attempts fail, the parcel is returned to us (RTO).

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, tampered with, or appears to have been opened:
We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including shipping charges.
Orders with multiple items may occasionally ship in separate parcels at no additional cost. You'll receive a tracking link for each shipment.
While we work hard to meet stated timelines, delays can occur due to weather, strikes, transit disruptions, public holidays, courier-side issues, or events of force majeure. Brantigo is not liable for delays caused by such factors, but we will keep you informed and work to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate, including a working mobile number and a recognisable landmark. Brantigo is not responsible for parcels lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Address corrections requested after dispatch may not always be possible.
