We accept UPI payments (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM and other UPI apps) and Cash on Delivery (COD) on serviceable pincodes. COD adds a ₹49 non-refundable handling fee.
COD is available on most pincodes across India, subject to courier serviceability. You can verify on the checkout page — if COD isn't shown, your pincode may not be eligible.
Yes. We use PCI-DSS-compliant payment gateway partners and HTTPS encryption throughout. We do not store card data, UPI PINs or bank account numbers on our servers.
UPI payments occasionally take a few minutes to reflect. Check your email (including spam) after 15-20 minutes. If still missing, email support@brantigo.com with the UPI/UTR reference and we'll resolve it.
Delhi NCR: 2-4 business days. Metro cities: 3-5 days. Tier-2: 4-7 days. Remote/NE/J&K: 7-10 days. Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation.

UPI/online refunds: 5-7 business days from approval. COD refunds via NEFT/IMPS: 7-10 business days. Store credit: 1-2 business days.
Shipping charges and the COD handling fee are non-refundable on customer-initiated returns. Full refunds (including shipping) apply only to defective items, wrong items, or cancellations by Brantigo.

We photograph and edit colours as faithfully as possible, but actual shades may vary slightly depending on your screen. Handcrafted, hand-embroidered or block-printed items may also have minor natural variations — part of their character.
Yes, but tailoring varies slightly by silhouette and fabric. Refer to the size chart on each product page for body and garment measurements.
