Orders & Payment

How do I place an order? +

Browse the shop, add items to your bag, and proceed to checkout. Enter your shipping details, choose UPI or COD, and confirm. You'll receive an email confirmation within minutes.

What payment methods do you accept? +

We accept UPI payments (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM and other UPI apps) and Cash on Delivery (COD) on serviceable pincodes. COD adds a ₹49 non-refundable handling fee.

Is COD available everywhere? +

COD is available on most pincodes across India, subject to courier serviceability. You can verify on the checkout page — if COD isn't shown, your pincode may not be eligible.

Is my payment secure? +

Yes. We use PCI-DSS-compliant payment gateway partners and HTTPS encryption throughout. We do not store card data, UPI PINs or bank account numbers on our servers.

I paid but didn't receive an order confirmation. What do I do? +

UPI payments occasionally take a few minutes to reflect. Check your email (including spam) after 15-20 minutes. If still missing, email support@brantigo.com with the UPI/UTR reference and we'll resolve it.

Shipping & Tracking

How long does delivery take? +

Delhi NCR: 2-4 business days. Metro cities: 3-5 days. Tier-2: 4-7 days. Remote/NE/J&K: 7-10 days. Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation.

How much is shipping? +

Flat ₹79 on orders below ₹999. FREE shipping on orders ₹999 and above.

How do I track my order? +

Visit the Track Order page with your order number, or click the tracking link in your shipment email.

What if I'm not home for delivery? +

Courier partners typically make 2-3 reattempts on consecutive days. You can also coordinate directly with the courier using the contact info in your tracking SMS.

Do you ship internationally? +

Not at this time. We currently ship within India only.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy? +

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging. Read the full Refund Policy for details.

How do I return an item? +

Email support@brantigo.com within 7 days with your order number, reason and a photo. We'll arrange a reverse pickup (where serviceable) or a self-ship return.

When will I get my refund? +

UPI/online refunds: 5-7 business days from approval. COD refunds via NEFT/IMPS: 7-10 business days. Store credit: 1-2 business days.

Are shipping charges refunded? +

Shipping charges and the COD handling fee are non-refundable on customer-initiated returns. Full refunds (including shipping) apply only to defective items, wrong items, or cancellations by Brantigo.

What items can't be returned? +

Innerwear and lingerie (hygiene), customised or altered items, accessories like jewellery, items marked "Final Sale", and items damaged due to misuse.

Sizing & Products

How do I find my size? +

Each product page includes a detailed size chart with body measurements. If unsure, write to support@brantigo.com with your measurements and we'll recommend the best fit.

Are colours accurate? +

We photograph and edit colours as faithfully as possible, but actual shades may vary slightly depending on your screen. Handcrafted, hand-embroidered or block-printed items may also have minor natural variations — part of their character.

Are products true to size? +

Yes, but tailoring varies slightly by silhouette and fabric. Refer to the size chart on each product page for body and garment measurements.

Do you offer alterations? +

Not currently. We recommend ordering true to size based on the chart.

Do I need to create an account? +

No, guest checkout is supported. You only need a valid email and phone for order updates.

How do I contact customer support? +

How do I use a discount code? +

At checkout, enter the code in the "Coupon Code" field and click Apply. Valid discounts are reflected in the order summary instantly.

Can I cancel my order? +

Yes, any time before dispatch. Email or call us with your order number — we cancel within 24 hours. After dispatch, please refer to the Refund Policy.
