At Brantigo, every piece is curated with care. If something isn't quite right, we want to make it right — quickly and transparently. This policy sets out how cancellations, returns and refunds work, with clearly specified timelines.
You may cancel your order any time before it is dispatched. To request cancellation, write to support@brantigo.com or call +91 7988728709 with your order number. Cancellations are processed within 24 hours.
Once your order has been handed over to the courier, it cannot be cancelled. You may refuse delivery, in which case the order will return to us and be processed as a return (see Section 2). COD handling fees are non-refundable in such cases.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item:
For serviceable pincodes we arrange free reverse pickup. For non-serviceable pincodes, you may self-ship the parcel to our return address (provided by our team). Self-shipping reimbursement of up to ₹100 is offered for approved returns.
If a UPI payment is debited from your account but our system did not confirm the order, the amount is auto-reversed by your bank within 5-7 business days. If it does not, please contact us with the UTR/UPI reference number and we will work with our gateway partner to resolve it.
Order modifications (size change, address correction, item swap) are accepted only before dispatch. Please contact us within 2 hours of placing the order for the best chance of accommodating changes.
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been initiated, along with the expected credit date. If you do not see the refund in your account within the stated timeline, please share the email confirmation and your bank statement with us — we'll escalate immediately.
This Refund & Cancellation Policy is governed by the laws of India and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
